The ST-ISAC, founded in 2002 by RCI, supports Critical Infrastructure (CI) security efforts by combining industry-specific knowledge with robust outreach, a dedicated analytical capability, and efficient and secure communications, and robust industry engagement for the trucking and freight rail community. We empower our members to make informed operational and strategic decisions for transport-specific security challenges, mitigate both cyber and physical threats, explore emerging concerns, technologies, and trends, and further the security posture of the surface transportation industry as a whole.

The ST-ISAC, powered by our team of intelligence analysts, now offers Quarterly Meetings, Member-led Advisory Committees, and Working Group opportunities to develop research, education, & guidance to further the security posture of our members and industry.
Reporting
ST-ISAC members receive access to exclusive daily physical and cyber reports, in-depth special reports, security awareness bulletins, situational alerts, and a library of articles and resources specific to the surface transportation industry.
In-Depth Analysts
ST-ISAC Analysts are dedicated to intelligence gathering, research, analytics, and community support, and serve as thought leaders within the industry. We support our members beyond reporting through special research projects, working groups, and post-incident guidance.
